쉐라톤 그랑데 스쿰윗 호텔 럭셔리 콜렉션에는 다른 호텔에서 찾아 보지 못했던 모습을 찾아 볼수가 있습니다. 사진상으로는 나오지 않았지만, 체크인 카운터의 직원은 태국인, 중국인, 일본인, 한국인이 있으며, 체크인 카운터에서 근무하는 직원이 최소 7~8명은 되어 보이고, 그들은 분주하고 움직이고 있습니다.
모든 호텔 투숙객들은 체크인 카운터에서 체크인 절차를 마친 후 객실까지 호텔 직원들이 에스코트 해주고 있습니다. 세인트 레지스의 버틀러 서비스는 아니지만, 객실에 체크인을 하여 간단한 객실 시설들 이용방법이나 소개를 해줍니다. 진정한 호텔 서비스란 바로 이런것이다! 라고 보여주고 있습니다. 분주함 속에서도 친절함을 잊지 않는 그들의 노력이 돋보입니다.
